Stallions Stampede to Victory in Thrilling Road Game

Traveling to the city that claims "It All Happens Here" and it happened.  A big blue win in a city where fans chase aliens or tee the big blue sky vistas and spectacular sunsets.  The Stallions were there with warrants in hand for a border showdown.

In this showdown between the North American University Stallions and the University of the Southwest Mustangs, the Stallions emerged victorious in a hard-fought battle on the road. The clash took place outside of the Stables and inside of a gym in Hobbs, New Mexico, and the Stallions displayed their prowess, securing an 82-76 triumph.

Facing adversity throughout the game, the Stallions showcased their resilience and determination, with six players scoring in double figures. The dynamic trio of JJD,  Jalon Clark, and Jamarric Hammond, along with Damione Thomas, led the charge in a true rodeo performance.

Captain Jalon "The Boss" Clark demonstrated his leadership and skill, contributing 15 points, 7 assists, and 6 rebounds. Jamarric "Pony" Hammond raced to an impressive stat line with 12 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 steals. Meanwhile,  Damione "DT" Thomas made his presence felt with 15 points, 6 rebounds, and 3 crucial blocks, guarding the paint like a vigilant bouncer at an NAU event.

The bench players, Jordan Harris and Kenwyion White, also played pivotal roles, each contributing 10 points while maintaining a perfect record from the free-throw line. The Stallions' depth and teamwork were instrumental in securing the win.

The victory marks a significant achievement for the Stallions, who are starting to find their stride and build momentum. The team's stellar performance on the road sets the stage for more exciting matchups in the future.

Looking ahead, the Stallions are set to host Jarvis Christian University in a highly anticipated game at home. Fans are encouraged to tune in to TSBN Network on Thursday, 12/14/2023, at 7:30 PM to witness the Stallions in action. With the team's recent success, the anticipation is high, and supporters are urged to raise their "HOOVES UP" and cheer for the Stallions as they continue their impressive journey.
