North American University Seniors Invited to Eurobasket Summer League in Dallas

Coach Tommy Jennings

HOUSTON, Texas – The North American University basketball program continues to make waves on the national stage, and now, several Stallions seniors have the opportunity to take their talents to the next level.

A select group of North American University seniors—Sean Fry, Erric Wynn, Damione Thomas, Ethan Rodela, and Jordan Harris—have received an exclusive invitation to the prestigious Eurobasket Summer League in Dallas. The event, taking place June 14-15 at UT Arlington, serves as a premier showcase for professional opportunities overseas.

This invitation is a testament to the growth and success of North American University basketball, following a season that saw the Stallions claim signature wins, including their first-ever victory over a ranked opponent on the road at Xavier University of Louisiana and their historic first university win over LSU Shreveport. These milestones marked the program's continued rise in the NAIA landscape, with the Stallions proving they can compete at an elite level.

Last year, Jalon Clark represented NAU at the Eurobasket event, dominating the competition and finishing as the #1 ranked player at the camp. His standout performance led to signing with an agent and securing a professional contract in Azerbaijan. This year, Fry, Wynn, Thomas, Rodela, and Harris will look to follow in his footsteps and showcase their skills in front of scouts, agents, and overseas teams.

The Eurobasket Summer League in Dallas will feature a high-level training environment, including practices, three full games, advanced data analytics, full game film, and highlight tapes for marketing purposes. With only 50 spots available, this is a prime opportunity for North American University's senior class to elevate their careers beyond the collegiate ranks.

With the Stallions' continued success and a growing track record of producing professional talent, the program is proving to be a launching pad for student-athletes aiming to play at the next level.

As Rev. Jackson always says Get Those Hooves Up and Go Stallions. Stay tuned for more updates on North American University basketball and the future of its standout seniors as they prepare to make their mark on the professional stage!
