North American strikes twice in the first half, but Texas A&M-Victoria pulls away for a 6-2 victory

VICTORIA, Texas — September 26, 2026 — Conference play opened at The Cage, and for nearly 40 minutes, North American University looked ready to turn the place upside down.

The Lady Stallions scored twice in the opening half, answering each of A&M-Victoria's first two goals. But the Jaguars found another gear late in the first half and carried it into the second, defeating North American 6-2 Saturday afternoon.

The loss drops North American to 1-4 overall and 0-1 in conference play, while A&M-Victoria improves to 4-4-1 and 1-0.
